When I was drowning

I was having a shitty morning, no make that a shitty week. One of those weeks when Murphy's laws just seem to be in full effect. After buying my breakfast which consisted of a croissant and a 40 oz plus iced tea, I dragged my behind to college as I arrive and proceed to take a seat, lo & behold my drink falls and spills all over the freaking floor, it was everywhere I even wondered how many freaking ounces were in the thing because it look like a sea of ice tea.
At the time I get to school which is around 7:00 no later than 7:10 AM the cleaning personnel has not arrived, so I proceeded to get napkins, lots and lots of them. As people started to arrived (including building staff and yes the cleaning lady) all of them cleaning lady included just walked right pass me. Thank you very much *insert sarcasm* . So there I was drowning in this sea of iced tea, after like 3 trips back and forth from the napkin dispenser to the "sea" it suddenly down on me that the mess was never going to go away, that there's was no way I would be able to clean it all up no matter how many trips made, I could feel the tears swelling up in my eyes and I just ready to break down and freaking drown.
When all of the sudden along came a helping hand. When I looked up (as I was squatting trying to clean up the mess) there he was with a roll of paper towels in his hand and a smile on his face. He squatted next to me and started cleaning up. He was sweet and most of all he was kind. He said a few words as if to make me feel better (which I did) and offered to buy me a new drink, which I refused, he then suggested we made a deal he buys me a new drink I'd pay him half of the cost. His insistence was endearing so I agreed.
Dear stranger dude whose name I forgot to ask. Thanks so much for your helping hand, thanks for your kindness, for your words and for the iced tea. :)
